As a registered Art Therapist and Clinical Counsellor based in Narellan, I provide person-centred therapeutic supports that help NDIS participants build emotional regulation, resilience and everyday capacity. My approach is gentle, trauma-informed and evidence-based, offering a safe and creative space for participants who benefit from more than one way of expressing and processing emotions.
Support Coordinators can expect clear communication, reliable scheduling, collaborative care and professional goal-focused reporting. I support participants experiencing anxiety, emotional dysregulation, trauma impacts, low confidence and communication challenges and more at Narellan. Referrals are welcome for Improved Daily Living supports, emotional wellbeing, and capacity-building focused therapeutic supports and intervention.

PLEASE READ BEFORE SESSION
✦ Arts Therapy
My approach to arts therapy is creative, intuitive, and flexible. Sessions may include visual expression (e.g., drawing, painting, collage), reflection, and optional grounding or sensory-based elements (such as textures, visuals, or sound like singing and a steel drum).
This is not about creating perfect artwork or music, but using creativity as a way to explore thought, experiences and move towards healing and quality of life.
✦ What to Expect
Sessions are collaborative and tailored to you.
I may offer different approaches, and you’re always free to accept, decline, or adjust them at any time.
✦ Your Choice and Comfort
Nothing is ever required. I will check in before introducing anything new, and you’re welcome to say no or let me know your preferences at any time (for example, if you prefer to avoid certain sensory experiences or activities).
✦ A Note on Fit
This approach suits people who are open to a flexible, creative process and willing to share feedback.
It may be less suitable if you are looking for strictly talk-only sessions or a fixed, highly structured method.
